SALES AND DELIVERY CONDITIONS

General terms and conditions of sale and delivery within the framework of purchase contracts that are concluded between LEITERVISION, Hans-Jörg Head of Commercial Agency and the customer via the web shop and order forms.

 

1. All payments are to be made to LEITERVISION, Hans-Jörg Head of Commercial Agency.

2. The goods remain the property of LEITERVISION, Hans-Jörg Head of Commercial Agency, until they have been paid for in full.

3. The list prices valid on the day of delivery apply. All prices include the legally applicable VAT. Depending on the country of delivery, the prices in the shopping cart may vary due to the VAT rates applicable in the country of delivery.

4. Payment Methods:

   • Immediately - against prepayment

   • Paypal

   • Credit card

   • Invoice

5. The terms of payment and delivery can be found in the general terms and conditions

6. Returns:

 

Austria: 5 euros

Germany: 6 euros

European Union: 10 euros

Other countries in the world: 20 euros

 

If there are additional costs for deliveries to countries outside the European Union, e.g. customs fees, document preparation for customs duties, additional taxes, etc., we must pass these on to the end customer.
